What
does this include?
Fees apply from 6th February
2009 until further notice and include assessment of property for domestic energy assessment purposes, preparation of Energy
Performance Certificate, all certification scheme charges for registering and lodging the EPC with the government’s
approved body and professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
Payment
Payment
for an EPC is due at the time of the assessment and may be paid by cash or cheque.

Please note that in order to keep our costs down, using this service will incur a 5% handling fee.
VAT
To make our fees as competitive as possible, we are not registered for VAT which means that no VAT is payable
on our fees. Unlike some businesses, we do not claim back the VAT we pay so we don't have to charge it to our customers.
