Floor Plan Service:
According to Rightmove, properties marketed with a floor plan, generate 30% more interest than properties
without one. Bide&Co can provide floor plans for properties up to 4 bedrooms from as little as £35
when ordered at the same time as an EPC. Plans can also be provided for larger properties and these are
charged depending on the size and complexity of the property. The plans are suitable for incorporation
by an Estate Agent in the sale particulars. See Below for an example floor plan. If
